No i think it's likely just a one-off deal as a part of the storyline of Regal using his power as Raw GM to throw out Mickie's "brother and his girlfriend" from the arena.She was just thanking Cena for trying to help her out when Regal threatened to have her thrown out as well.A similar storyline was used last July with Trevor Murdoch after he saved her from Umaga in a mixed tags match.She thanked him backstage and that was the end of the angle.
