Will memory loss and retention of short term ever come back after PTS and severe depression?

Have PST and severe depression from past trauma, emotionally, mentally-family-co related. Severe nightmares, cold sweats,sleepy,energy deficient, anxiety,take drugs from dr. helped for interest and some for energy but still find I function at a lower level than I used to by far. I have 6 kids and love them. They keep me going but are lots of work. Hard to remember short term stuff and retain things new. Loss of memories in the past. Seem to be in a haze. Little support from friends/family. See mental health worker periodically. Suicidal several times. One attempt in the last 2 years. Won't do it again but still have thoughts. I grad. from high school a yr early with hi marks. Some post sec. education. Used to remember 9 digit numbers in my head.Can`t remember where I just put the salt sometimes.I also have Crohn`s disease recently found 2 yr ago by an emerg surgery due to obstruction. drugs for it as well plus no appet. I feel like some of my life taken away. Want back
