Math Puzzle Problem.. help.. thkans?

a year ago Bo was 5 times as old as Jo, who today is under 20 years old. Bo is now 3 times as old as Mo will be in 4 years, and 4 times as old as Flo was 3 years ago. How old are Bo, Jo, Mo, and FLo? (all ages must be whole numbers)? thanks..
