Playing rachmaninoff C# minor prelude, help.!?

I've entered a piano competition in late may and i chose this Rach piece to play. i've been playing this for about 1 half years. I can play the difficult triplets and everything in the middle Agitato section, but when it returns to the main theme once you do the run down cadenza thing after the triplets, it returns with the theme but in bigger chords. So my hands are microscopically small, but i only play the chords as they were in part A (if counting the form, ABA) of the piece. So when i play it for a judge in the competition, will he/she pick up on my little cheat, error? trhanks, all answers apprecitiated.
