Scanner Software(app) for Text in an Image for PC?

What you are looking for is software called OCR (Optical Character Recognition). You can do a Google search to find some software like this. A lot of scanners come with an OCR program on the driver disk. Look there first, because it will be matched to your scanner hardware, and known to work well with it.
