After being deported..can marriage bring him back?

my bf has been deported ....someone we knew commited a crime, my bf's name got brought up in the hole thing bc the kid wanted someone to pin it on..and my bf was deported to colombia...he has been here since he was about 8, was a citizen, had a drivers license paid taxes the hole nine..his lawyer said that theyre giving him a 20 yr ban...is there neway marriage can bring him home?
