What do you think about sirius xm radio? Should I subcribe to it?

I'm 27 yo guy and I'm thinking about subscribe to the SiriusXM radio. But I dont know if it is really a useful thing, if it really works, if Im gonna pay a lot o fo money for what I get. Well, I just want to hear what you have to say about it before going get mine... Thanks!
