Is it OK to expect ual favors from my neighbor in exchange for taking his elderly mother to dialysis?

He just moved here from Muncie, Indiana with his mother. I've been helping him out because I'm just that type of person, and plus, he is really HOT! I take her twice a week, and I don't ask for any money, because that would be a little tacky. However, I feel like he should compensate me in some way, and since the wouldn't cost him anything, it's not like I'll be taking advantage of the situation. Should I just proposition him or wait until the time is right and tell him to give it up or else take his own mom to dialysis?
