Well, based off of J and Q I'd say he is just being friendly, and when he's grumpy, he's just grumpy. Based on the flirts, he likes you. Based on all of it, he kind of likes you, but he's unsure. Or maybe he does like you and thinks you don't like him back. Or maybe he's just bipolar...?
