What are the two things being compared in "What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any another name...?

The things being compared are Romeo, her love, and the rose. Since in this statement, she is saying that Romeo, despite having the name Montague, still encompes all that she loves, like a rose not being "rose" would still be fragrant.
