Is my fan character a non gary stu?

My character aura the wolf he is not immortal no girl in the sonic universe would ever go out with him, he's knuckles' punching bag, whenever he tries to do a falcon punch to look epic, he ends up missing, whenever he fails at doing a super transformation he gets sent flying over the horizon, and he gets stung by beedrill on a daily basis. so is my character a non gary stu?
