I need help! How do you get rid of an illegal imigrant from Colombia, that sells drugs and causes problems?

Like someone else said here, most local police can not ask if the immigrant's legal status. They can be arrested for selling drugs, if that is what is happening. It may take awhile though, because unless you have witnessed the event, they will need proof. If you did witness it, and report it, you will then be asked to testify at the either the grand jury (which is sealed) or at the trial, unless there is a plea bargain made. If you report the matter to your local Citizenship and Immigration Service, which is now part of the Dept of Homeland Security, he could be deported but then would not stand trial for any crime he may have committed here.
