I had a weird dream. Check this out?

I had a dream a few weeks back that I was having a dream (in my dream)!! I was very conscious of what it was about at the time, but couldn't remember it later. It was weird as I thought it was similar to looking into several mirrors where your reflection goes on forever (like a paradox/impossibility) I do have some sleep problems like acting out stuff and talking. I even tried to climb out a window once when asleep. Someone pulled me back in. I don't believe in ysing dreams, but would be interested in comments. :)
